- Each of our balls is personalized by hand with a lot of love and decorated with real dried flowers.
- The personalization may be a maximum of 15 characters long. If you would like a longer length, please contact us in advance.
- The balls have a hanger made of light satin ribbon and are sent in a matching box. This means you can give them as gifts straight away and store them ideally for years to come.

- Personalization is applied using high quality material.
- With the "cinnamon stick & pampas grass" configuration, the two cinnamon sticks are delivered separately in a box, as the glass could break during shipping. After delivery, the crown of the ball must be removed and the cinnamon stick carefully placed inside.
- Since the dried flowers are a genuine natural product, the color, shape and length of the stems may vary from the picture.
- Since our balls are handmade and not made of plastic, there may be small air pockets/glass bubbles in the glass balls. These are minimal and only visible in certain lighting conditions, but no longer when hanging on the tree. We always place personalization in the best possible way.
Important! Since we assemble the Christmas tree baubles ourselves by hand, the shipping time varies depending on the order situation and can be requested before purchasing!
