DHL's shipping time is typically 1-3 business days. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your package!

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, please check your tracking number first.

Normally, the package will be delivered to a neighbor or taken to the nearest DHL branch, where it will remain for up to 10 business days before being returned to us. Should your package be returned to us, we will gladly resend it to you. We will charge the standard shipping costs again for this.

As a rule of thumb: For a standard macramé wall hanging (approx. 50 × 70 cm) you will need about 200–300 meters.

For a small crocheted basket (approx. 15–20 cm in diameter, approx. 10–12 cm high) you will need about 30–50 meters of Bobbiny yarn in 5 mm thickness.

For larger baskets (approx. 25–30 cm in diameter, approx. 15–20 cm in height), plan for 70–100 meters .
