The “8mm braided” braided cords have a Polyester core and cannot be combed/frayed due to their nature.
For this yarn we recommend a needle size of 16-18mm.

From pulp to colored yarn
The materials are first cut into tiny pieces and then shredded again. The color is formed during this phase. The resulting pulp is then mixed in the correct proportions to achieve the desired shade. The fibers are then spun into yarn. Due to the production process, some batches may vary in color.
But it’s precisely the imperfection that makes a DIY perfect, right?

Water and toxic dyes are not used during the entire manufacturing process of Bobbiny yarns. Then there's the issue of transportation. Bobbiny strives to keep CO2 emissions as low as possible and limit energy consumption.
