Our wooden lids for crocheting a basket are made of birch wood and are lovingly made in cooperation with a young start-up. The production process is designed to be as sustainable as possible - as with all MAHINA partners.
The wooden covers speed up the knitting or crocheting process and are suitable for both beginners and advanced users. In addition, less yarn is required and a more stable stand is guaranteed.

All lids are laser cut, polished on both sides and completely ready to use. If necessary, you can treat the surface with a varnish, glaze or sealant. An engraving can also be added.

We recommend using a size 5 or 6 crochet hook for the first row.
After all holes have been made, you can also switch to a larger needle. Please note that metal, wooden or plastic hooks have different thicknesses. So it doesn't matter that the numbers are the same.
