Texture pastes are one of the top trends in art. Stretched canvases are covered extensively with texture pastes to then incorporate abstract patterns and textures. Even small details made with texture paste bring exciting 3-dimensional effects to your own works of art. The coarse-grained texture paste has a larger grain and, once dry, has a rough, sand-like appearance. It is therefore suitable for rough patterns. There are a variety of techniques for creating patterns with texture pastes. To create your own patterns and textures, the paste is applied directly with a spatula and shaped. Pictures made with texture paste entirely in white are very trendy. If you prefer something colorful, you can also color the texture paste by simply mixing a little acrylic paint into the paste, or by painting the dried texture paste afterwards.
